Summer Reading List! Books for Your Wellness Lifestyle

Summer Reading List! Books for Your Wellness Lifestyle

In our quest to live a life of health and happiness, it’s important to build a network of likeminded people and trusted resources. So I’ve selected a summer reading list to help support you. It’s especially important to educate ourselves so we can design the fulfilling life we desire.

I’d like to recommend a selection of books that I’ve found personally helpful in my journey to optimum health. I hope these books inspire you too. The authors of these books teach us wellness strategies like:

  • eating to fuel our bodies with boundless energy
  • living free of chronic diseases
  • reducing stressful triggers and finding peace
  • overcoming roadblocks so we can achieve our most challenging goals
  • thriving on a plant-based diet

We’re surrounded by temptations of unhealthy food and bad influences from other people. But as vegans, it’s important to get regular support for our healthy lifestyle. We believe in compassion toward animals and finding the rewards of a plant-based diet. It means so much to feel supported by others who shares our values.
